If you’ve ever found yourself aimlessly walking around any mall, you have most likely smelled something sweet and cinnamony wafting from the food court. Maybe you’ve tried to talk yourself out of investigating further. Though, if you’re anything like me, you are most likely unsuccessful every time. You know it, you love it, it’s Cinnabon!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cinnabon’s social media team here in Atlanta. It was a treat to capture images for their social media platforms. I had lots of fun capturing a bunch of different products they offer in their newer branding. As well as the joy of working with food stylist, Katelyn Hardwick.
Their newer branding is fun and colorful, unlike their older branding which was just a standard navy blue and white. We incorporated purples, teals, yellows, pinks, and other fun colors! They wanted to have images for their social media platforms that stood. The kind that made people stop scrolling – and start drooling! With Katelyn as the food stylist, she made sure the cinnamon rolls and other goodies were drool-worthy throughout our full day shoot.
While you’ve most likely heard of Cinnabon and had one of their sweet treats, you may not know their story and that it was started by a father-son duo. Their goal was to create the world’s greatest cinnamon roll from scratch. Each of their ingredients tells an interesting story!
Cinnabon also partners up with a lot of charities to help give back. As a part of our photography project, they collaborated with Little Words Project for a social media giveaway.
Next time you find yourself wandering around a mall or even in the grocery store, I highly recommend treating yourself to something from Cinnabon. I did after the shoot! A huge thank you to the team for that! Whether you try their Bon Bites, lemonades, cinnamon rolls, or even a multi-pack for the entire family, you can’t go wrong.
